Bottle, preform, cap, decoration, tools, materials and design: ALPLA realises tailor-made products at 196 locations in 47 countries. Global standards, regional presence and complete vertical integration enable the fast, flexible and cost-efficient market launch of new products," emphasizes CEO Philipp Lehner. 

5 milliliters to 32 liters – with closure, cap or pump

ALPLA also supplies the closure and label to match the bottle and, on request, manufactures with high-quality recycled material from its own recycling plants. The broad product portfolio ranges from tiny and cleanroom-certified 5-milliliter bottles made of PE to reusable rPET bottles and mono-material soap dispenser pumps to the mighty 32-liter bucket made of PP. Depending on the requirements, the plastic packaging is food-safe, sterile, reusable, child-resistant, suitable for hazardous goods, anti-counterfeiting and consists of up to 100 percent post-consumer recycled material (PCR). 

In close cooperation with forward-looking customers, the technical team develops more than 500 new production tools for bottles, preforms, closures and injection-moulded parts such as pumps, dosing systems or deodorant sticks every year. As an in-house partner, ALPLA sets up perfectly coordinated production lines directly at the customer's premises, thus saving transport distances and manufacturing exactly as required. Internationally active brand manufacturers benefit from the worldwide production and sales network, regional companies from the global quality standard and know-how.
